Will be great practice for France.

I won't be going now as i've done that thing to my back and can't ride.
Hopefully I'll be able to in Morzine though.

Went to cwm carn and really enjoyed it. It seemed quite smooth on my bike but doesnt look it when your there. There is 2 different routes at the top half the harder one was called the black run and the other one red. I did both sort of, but they cross over part of the way down and i carried on red at that point. the video shows the start of black and from the tunnel it is the only run there for the rest of the way down. At the start of the red you have a few tables and it is quite flat then you get into the tree area and it is quite tight and narrow plus it has some short up bits in it as well as the black merging but there is signs so you should be ok. It starts to get steeper from there on and you have switch back
