 Aston Hill (Sunday 3rd June 07) I wasn't originally intending on coming home this weekend but the weather seems to nice to miss so i'll be coming home tonight to ride Aston tomorrow anyone keen?

well i found it good. dave managed to get more practise with his new bike on the 4X. i crashed as expected and busted my shoulder, which is now getting gradualy worse, i think ive fucked some of the muscles in it. we managed a few runs and all in all was a good day.
