Post The Street Rides Thread...
Went out street riding tonite, was well good. We sessioned some usual spots like the bowls and the the quay. We built a kicker out of some wood and some palettes. Then it started snowing, it came down pretty hard and within minutes everywhere was white, it was great to drift in, it was pretty cold and late so we decided to head in. On the way back we passed our local trails and decided to go have a look what they looked like in the snow. To our suprise they ground was rock hard, all the puddles had gone and it was nearly as light as day despite being 11pm. We had a ride and they rode great, 1st time riding dirt in ages and 1st go on the new double which till now hadn't been tested, it was amazing. You just had to watch for snow in the eyes. On they way back from there we stopped to make snow balls and lobed 'um at things lol. Was a good ride :D

Sun BFRs are the best 24" chrome rims going, they are well rated in the bmx world too i saw some yesterday, they look nice. You can get um here buy the looks of things, mite have to ring up though.

Nooooooooooo rode dirt today and now my bike looks gash. The street ride after got some of the mud off but it's not looking worthy of a photo anymore. Keep it street . The rims great though it stayed real clean and was piss easy to get anything else off with a quick wipe down back home. My mate got some photos from the street ride but i will need my new phone to bluetooth them off him. We built a new double at the trails that was rideable straight away thanks to the big pile of sand at our disposal to finish it. :)

Ooo just noticed something well sweet, you can see how dirty your pads are because the chrome reflects the underside of the pad onto it like a mirror. Awesome :D
