how come 40's werent in the debate? do they compare to rs and marzocchi's or are they just too expensive?

Becuase i havent used 40s. I used to run marzocchis and dave & co asked me how they compared to my new boxxers. And anything can be expensive .. unless you know people .

But to answer your question, my dad runs 40's and they are very nice forks. They do feel a little burly but thats not a bad thing. The adjustment on the forks (high & low speed compression, preload and rebound) allow the forks to be adjusted easily and be set to what ever preference the rider wants.
