New frame.
What frame should I get, after bending my tank I fancy a change.
I should be able to get more for the frame now as I am being sent a 2007 model mmm.
Musts:
6-8''
More than capable for DH
Light-ish
You know the score. At the moment I am liking:
SX trail
Demo 8
and have been offered a swap for a Vario Harrisa.

Ah cool your getting the warranty.
Sx trails ride well with 150mm 05 66s
Demo 8s ride well with 170mm 05 66s so you're sorted their if you got those forks you were on about.
I'm yet to ride an sx trail but i've heard good things. Steve's demo 8 is well nice to ride.
The question to ask yourself really is what travel do you want?
What kinda money will you have to spend?

Ive riden (well rnd a car park) Jules sx trail and ad's up the hill. I can say they were both super plush and well nice to ride. As dave said the sx trail suits 66s but for god sake dont put singles on a demo 8 !! Triples man and not monsters !! lol

To be honest im siding more towards the Demo, after all we're DH riders. And the gap between the Toy and the SX would be too small.
Any idea on weights of Demo's? If it weighs the same as JJ's bighit I'll be happy.

Weights are probably on Spec's website, they are not heavy.
Would you be getting new or old?
Steve's small one ain't too small so i wouldn't get above a medium unless you want a large one for some reason.
They looks pretty good on 05 66s.
