Precisely, but some people insist on riding big wheels, this is the ticket in that case. The USB is exempt from that, that thing rules. Probably suits Rob's height better anyway.
You legally have to sell a bike with a front brake but it would be gone straight off.

if i got that ide change the forks, i love the colour, but the head angle looks a bit iffy to me
