*Writing this all from an internet cafe in Morzine *


Day 1 - The Journey - 28th
Very long journey today, with a 3:00am wake up. Yawn lol. Got some "footage" of the journey up and me and Dave met up with a drunk Barrels and Steve in the Cavern Bar lol.

Day 2 - First Blood(well ride) - 29th
Good start to the holiday; met Barrels and Steve at the bottom of the Pleney, and had a good ride on the new sections, not much has changed since 3 years ago. Went off to Les Gets next, with the new top section of Les Gets 1, as well as the Kona bike park on Les Gets 2.
The new part of Les Gets 1 is awesome!! Makes it one of myfavourite runs now, especially with the cool double on it. The Kona Bike Park was quite cool, but a kinda limited for things to do. The Shed drop and jump look really cool, even if they are easy hehe. Poor lil Steve hurted himself on the drop when he dropped of the North Shore run-up rather than the shed roof.

Day 3 - Boh ho - 30th
Kinda a bad day for most people it seems. Ryan snapped his Avent, Max crippled his wheel and forks when a lil kid got in the way of the track and Olly crashed into him. Steve and Barrels were having a day of rest, after Steve's bail on the shed drop. Also Tom and mini tom broke some bits and pieces on their bikes, although i'm not sure what (chain device and jockey wheel??)

ME..... I'm alright, MY BIKE..... Mine's alritght. I had the music with speakers playing today, which was quite cool, not particularly loud but still fun. I did bail near the end of Les gets 1 which was kinda annoying.

Day 4 - Chatel - 31st
Hehe!! Whilst everyone else was split between Italy and Morzine/Les Gets, me and Dave rode Chatel!!
Awesome days ride, even if the push there after Super Morzine was nackering lol. Got a whole load of cool helmet camera footage of the tracks down, including some of Dave on the north shore. Unfortunately Dave BUHSTA'ed his knee in the foam pit of all places. Chatel's definately worth the journey Also i bought some new knee pads after my ones didn't help on day 3.

Day 5 - "We're nackered Mr Porno...Pa-Patterson....Yawwwwn" - 1st
While everyone else went to Chatel today, Dave and me stayed in to heal up abit....and buy fireworks

Day 6 - Rain rain raaaaaaaiiin - 2nd
Grrr after resting on probably the hottest day out ther, it decided to piss it down non-stop from 6:00am onwards. Nicht so cool.

Day 7 - Bail and bail alllll on camera - 3rd
Last day of riding today. Tracks were a lil slippery from the rain but it was good fun. I got helmet cam videos of the Pleney and Les Gets 1, both of which I bailed on hehe, and the way to Les Gets, which is kinda cool. Everyone was out riding today, cept for Olly and Max who've gone home. Funny evening watching Steve roam around drunk hehe.
