i have just got a brand new Tank Zeus DH frame

The spec is:
Tank zeus dh frame with 9 inches of travel DHX 3.0 air
Sun MTX 4x back wheel on tank Mithras hub and s-type front wheel,
Shimano xt 4 pot disc brakes with 185 front and 203 rear aztec rotors,
Shimano deore mech, cassette and shifter,
KMC x9 chain,
Truative boxguide,
Truative holzfeller crankset 32th chain ring on a giga pipe bb,
Amoeba bars with good n evil grips,
Meks SASO DC4640-PRO (http://www.mekkem-parts.com/index.htm) with built in stem,
Crank Bros 50:50XX pedals with terror pins.

haven't had a chance to ride it yet as shock is getting 07 seals put in it then i would like to sell it.
Thinking of changing the wheels, my options could be: MTX front to match the back, Set of orange mtx's or some white rims (make suggestions)

All comments are welcome. :D

nice bike but just a little tip ... remove the black tape from the top tube and headtube. If you worried about cable rub etc, just get some heli tap which is clear so it wont show up.

Looks well nice man, the parts go well on it.
Shame your shock broke straight away before a proper go.

Black tape was removed today and replaced with some of the tape they use to put on craked windows, it was on there because the bairded hoses are bare and don't have any rubber sheathing on them.[/quote]

Post Re: My new bike
Went to cwm carn on saturday the 29th of july and it was well good had to tweak the bike like more air in tyres and shock but it was great from then. But before the last 2 runs i managed to create a bit of play in the frame so when i got home i decided to take it apart to find that i smashed a set of bearings, buggered the bolt that holds the bearings and somthing happend to the shock.

Shock is off to mojo again and tank are going to replace the linkage and bolt as well as replace the air shock with a manitou coil shock so great success. :D

Running an air shock on a 10"+ travel bike was asking for a bit of troube tbh. Get a coil shock, like you said a roco or swinger. Perhaps look at a coil DHX, doesnt have to be a 5, 4s are perfectly as good just without the bottom out resistance adjustment.
