I did a bit of work down there today.

Did a lil bit to the 2nds landing, although it's difficult to shape with no damn rain lol!

Also fixed up the 1sts take off as it was looking a bit pooey.

It really needs to rain down there, i brought a watering can down with 2 litres of water but it's no where near enough lol.

I was down there today

I fixed up the jumps as best as I could after Dave and Rob left all the mud on the jumps, it was hard to shape and pat down but i got them better than they were left lol. I found this cool metal rake which i used to make the mud shapeable, but it kept sticking to the shovel.

I also swept up the run ups of twigs and leaves

Plus i cleaned up all the shit deodorant cans and lighters (clearly which the ghetto crew had been playing with, who else leaves an "Iceland" juice carton there)

Good work man, the 1st take off was nice when we left it although it may have got 'ghettofied'. Was the ground too hard or soft to shape? Bet there were Happy Shopper cartons down there too.

Well it was nice and soft, but just couldn't be patted down without it sticking to my shoes or the shovel lol.

Ah, it's anoying when it's like that, good for digging though, especially seeing as we want to start that new pit in the stoney bit.

Try and get down there soon as we have a dry day or two to pack in. Nice one man. :)
